On July 5, Njera Perkins and Jack Irvin of PEOPLE Magazine wrote a featured editorial piece on the new remix of Hulvey’s “Altar” featuring R&B superstar Ciara. In a mere two weeks, the remixed version of the single has gathered over 404,000 streams on Spotify alone. Leaked snippets of the forthcoming video have appeared on social media in the last few days.
“It was really important to me to be able to use my platform to share this song, because I believe songs like ‘Altar’ have the opportunity to inspire, instill hope in people, and spread love!” Ciara said in the article. “This is honestly one my favorite features I’ve ever been a part of!”
