Recently on social media, after weeks of hints online from several prominent worship leaders, the news has officially dropped of a new powerhouse worship supergroup. The group, Sons of Sunday, features Brandon Lake, Chris Brown of Elevation Worship, Chandler Moore of Maverick City Music, Pat Barrett, Leeland, and Pastor Steven Furtick of Elevation Church.
Although not much has been revealed about the group yet, fans’ excitement continues to grow at the hints of an album, merchandise, and possible tour to come. Their first song, “God Did,” drops on January 17 and will give us the first taste of the supergroup’s upcoming project.
