If The Hero showcased an idealized version of ourselves, The Villain exposes our weaknesses. With four additional selections “Fly Away,” “The Other Side of Summer,” “Find Yourself” and “Human” the expanded eight-track collection explores the duality of the human condition through the lens of contemplative pop. The burst of new music sustains the award-winning artist’s steady pace of releasing songs that probe his innermost thoughts and reveal his most honest work to date.
